Ah Quan.
Something wrong for the Volunteer needed (should be 30 instead of 50 right?), if est strengh is 80 people, then we got 80 people just for 20 elderly? A bit too much lei
Ah Yong, remember to update the song book huh.. ha ha
Estimated Strength derives from 20 to 22 elderly plus looking at 30 to 34 volunteers managing the ah gong and ah ma plus 2 staff nurses and about 12 committee members not involving the elderly, therefore the total strength of elderly together with volunteers, committee memers and staff nurses will be around 70 to 80…
Cheers

ah quan..
the group ic in-charge of the yellow team is me (jojo) right?
i am afraid i couldnt join this outing so you got to get another person to replace me ya..sorry about that!
I am able to report early to help as mum is around!
so if jojo cant be group IC, I can take over :> anything for YOU… Ah Kongs Ah Mas
Yo Angels,
Some updates… Good News!!!
Josephine Neo aka Tweety has agreed to be the Group IC, where she will take over Jojo.. However she can only confirm after 14th April as she needs to find out her schedule… She started working as occupational therapist at TTSH… Wish her all the best for her new job.. So Rico, if Tweety cannot make it, then you take over… Don’t be sad…
The Handicap Welfare Bus has confirmed… So volunteer coordinators take note.. The bus can only accomodate 7 wheelchairs and 7 seated passenger..
I have already informed the in-charge for Chinatown Heritage Center and they agreed on $5 per pax for volunteer and $3 per pax for elderly… eh that’s not all.. For those volunteers who are going for recce on 26th April, they will also offer us the same price $5 per pax and Mr. Cheng, the supervisor, wants us to retain the receipt for the 26th April so that he can waive the recce team for the day visit on the 10th May 2008… That is a very wonderful and kind gesture by Mr Joseph Cheng.
Lastly, I have moblisation manning aka standby during that week, so might not ba able to join.. Don’t worry, ah kiat will take over.. everything under control…
Cheers

ok, i got nothing to do with this outing, so i send in my mc now.
Hi Quan,
what is the mode of payment for HWA bus? Please advise. Thanks!
I will be your man…to assist elderly up and down the buses.
haha… The mode of payment will be cash… The driver will collect the payment on that day… thanks..
One update,
We will be having a private bus (woodlands transport) instead of the normal SMRT or SBS bus. The reasons are because of the unavailability of SBS bus and the expensive SMRT bus.
So volunteers coordinator please kindly take note..
Cheers
Quan
